All payments should be by Demand Draft / Local Cheques favouring Dream Valley Projects & Properties payable at Thrissur.
Once allotted and agreement signed, the prices are firm.
Homes will be completed within 18 months of obtaining the individual building licence.
Dream Valley Projects & Properties reserve the right to accept or reject any application.
Possession shall be given to the customer only after setling all the dues to the company.
Statutory deposits on building tax and sale tax, deposits for power, water and house owners association, construction workers welfare fund, share of cost of transformer and its cabling and other deposits to be paid by the buyer.
Dream Valley Homes are a time bound project. In case payments are not made as per agreement signed, the builder reserves the right to cancel the allotment, in which case the amount will be returned without any interest, only after the allotment to another party.
All measurements and specifications are subject to minor variations.
On allotment, an agreement to construct will be excecuted between the builder and the purchaser. The contract value in the agreement covers the cost of the land, development, building and other common infrastructure
Registration charges and incidental expenses for the registration of land will be to the buyers
account, to be paid at the time of registration.
All transactions are subject to Thrissur jurisdiction only

On completion of foundation-
15 % of the total cost + ST
On completion of ground floor roof
slab-15 % of the total cost + ST
On completion of First floor roof
slab-20 % of the total cost + ST and
other deposits
On the handing over-
